Electronic Assembler Contract To Hire

PrideNow is hiring Electronic Assemblers in Orchard Park, NY! Our partner is a premier supplier of custom antenna solutions in the area. These are 1st shift opportunities and we are looking to hire ASAP! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for assembly, inspecting and testing of electronic components and completed units
• Experience with coaxial cable preferred
• Strong soldering skills is required (J-Standard)
• Must have at least 2 years related electronic assembly experience
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Experience in Electro/Mechanical field a plus
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
• Must be detail oriented

Required Skills: 

• Minimum 1 year soldering experience 
• Minimum 1 year experience reading blueprints 

Preferred Skills: 

• J-standard certificate 
• Experience with coaxial cable

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $17 and $19 per hour at the commencement of employment.  However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other sponsored benefit programs offered by this client
